Digital Products

Digital products including ebooks, planners, templates, and downloadable resources are delivered electronically.

After purchase, customers will receive immediate access to download their digital product through the checkout confirmation page or via email. No physical shipment is required.

If you experience any issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us and we will assist you.

Many of our physical products, including apparel and merchandise, are produced specifically when an order is placed.

Because of this, orders typically require a production period before shipment.

Production time:
3–7 business days (average)

Once production is complete, the order will be shipped using standard shipping methods.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We cannot guarantee recovery of the package

  • Replacement orders may require an additional purchase

Shipping Delays

Elevate Mission is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Holidays

  • Customs processing

  • Other circumstances outside our control

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Photos may be required for damaged items.
